You're a good ...Well, goodbye and best wishes. You're a good writer.

And, . . . . . . . let it go, let it go. I think you were right to leave Dags alone. She has her demons too apparently. Some people are just not meant to be together--forces of nature won't allow it. ---there, take or leave it---it's just my thoughts.

For me, there is only one person I hope I never, ever see again. I ended it---a clean break, no reeling back in, no messages sent by other people, nothing. I saw him in a restaurant back in 2008. I walked right passed him and looked him in the eye and I didn't say a word to him. He didn't say anything back to me and I was glad when the brief moment had passed. I know it's an old cliche, but some things are really better left unsaid. I'm not bitter and I can honestly say that I wish him well------now. I think he's happy. He sold his last home for $1.5 million. Yeah, I've googled him. I haven't spoken to him in over 25 years. And, it will be fine if I never speak to him for the rest of my life on this earth. I think he feels the same way. He's never tried to make contact with me either. I'm glad of that fact. I'm blessed with my own wonderful life of family and friends. We were toxic for each other and everyone around us. I hope you can glean something from my long drawn out story.

As for Veronica, her time on earth was brief. She probably knew it would be brief as well. Because of this, she saw things differently---everything---people, trees, places, the natural beauty. She had to take it all in. And, I believe she "let it go" too when she reached the beautiful place where she was going. I'm sorry you can't feel her around you anymore. I have loved ones who have died, and somehow I know they're looking out for me. I just know it even though I can't feel them around me.

Farewell from me, Deborah (friend of Scarlett O'Hara---haha)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6151985822850623188.post-5454510125640496312017-09-23T09:25:07.117-07:002017-09-23T09:25:07.117-07:00Where is this village?Where is this village?andrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11367690246914157051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6151985822850623188.post-23274458841477098572017-09-02T22:47:39.409-07:002017-09-02T22:47:39.409-07:00KG -

The Choctaws, the Chickasaws, the Seminoles, and on and on. Our white ancestors just couldn't find a way to coexist with them. Multiculturalism seen in a different light. White Americans were convinced that their way of civilization was better. They viewed Indians as stupid and unknowing since they lived in tepees and communed with nature. White America was determined to take over almost ever piece of land and wipe Indian culture off the map and they almost succeeded---all Indians have left now are some reservations scattered about. But there are many that love the chaos and madness. I just wish that they would let me live my life. But they won't. They never will. They insist that we applaud their sickness. Dostoyevsky wrote that beauty will save the world. And beauty is what world is working to destroy. Not just art, but the family, man/woman relations, the church, law. It is necessary to quarantine ourselves, not as atomistic individuals, rather as communities. Patriarchal communities made of extended families. But we must form larger social structures too.

"the formation (or restoration) of a new monarchy with a strong Christian leader "

And a restoration of the symbiosis of the state and the church. Which means a state religion. Just as democracy has failed, so has freedom of religion.

As a watered down and fractured Christianity has been detrimental, the same is true of a Monarchy. A monarchy is to be absolute, not a constitutional monarchy with an antagonistic parliament that will eventually want power for itself at the expense of the Monarch.

This will be difficult to swallow for those who are seeped in the modern mythos of democracy from childhood. Yet it is that mythos that has created the madness we see about us today.

Just as there needs to be the restoration of monarchy, we need a restoration to right living. Return to the cycle of the seasons. Return to the village. Be a part of a community. Be a part of a Church. Be tied to the land. Put down roots.

Lastly, this is a long term project. I expect that it will take two or three generations at the very least.

End comment.

I found you originally on the Iron Legion blog almost two years ago.
